§ 93.30 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW; SUBCHAPTER AS SUPPLEMENT TO STATE LAW.
   (A)   It is the purpose of this subchapter to supplement state laws, as amended, relating to animals.
   (B)   The animal control officer shall serve as the Animal Cruelty Investigator and is empowered with the duties and powers described by G.S. §§ 19A-45 through § 19A-49.
