(A) The purpose of this cross connection control subchapter is to define the authority of the South Camden Water and Sewer District as the water purveyor in the elimination of all cross connections within its public potable water supply.
(B) This subchapter shall apply to all users connected to the South Camden Water and Sewer District's public potable water supply regardless of whether the user is located within the county limits or outside of the county limits.
(C) This subchapter will comply with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (PL 93-523), the North Carolina State Administrative Code (15A NCAC 08C), and the North Carolina State Building Code (Volume II) as they pertain to cross connections with the public water supply.
