The Court shall be presided over by one or more full-time or part- time judge(s), at the discretion of City Council. Each Municipal Judge shall be appointed by City Council for a term of not less than two years, but not more than four years, and until a successor is appointed and qualified. The compensation of each Municipal Judge shall be in an amount as may be determined from time to time by City Council.
