§ 34.39 OATH; REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   The Mayor is authorized, from time to time, to administer to the auxiliary police, or any of them, the oath of office required of police officers of the city, and with the advice of the Chief of Police, to remove or dismiss any auxiliary police officer for cause.
