§ 34.35 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "AUXILIARY POLICE OFFICER." All persons participating in the auxiliary police training program as prescribed by and under the supervision of the Chief of Police shall be deemed an auxiliary police officer of the city.
