§ 34.24 REMOVAL OF ARMS, MONEY, AND THE LIKE FROM PRISONER.

Before any member of the police force locks up a prisoner, he shall take from him and turn over to the Chief of Police all moneys, arms, and the like found on the person of that prisoner, to whom a receipt shall be given for the same.
