§ 34.23 BOND FOR PERSON ARRESTED; IMPRISONMENT UPON FAILURE TO MAKE BOND.

Each member of the police force shall, upon the arrest of any person for violating any of the provisions of this code or other ordinances of the city, require that person to give a valid bond for his appearance at the appropriate court for trial and, upon failure to secure a bond, shall imprison that person.
