§ 34.10 SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS MAY BE APPOINTED.

The City Manager shall, upon the recommendations of the Chief of Police, appoint as many special police officers as he thinks necessary for the proper protection of the city, upon any special occasions that may necessitate a larger force.
