§ 34.07 APPOINTMENT; TERM OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   The members of the Police Department other than the Chief of Police shall be appointed by the City Manager upon recommendation of the Chief of Police from time to time as necessary to maintain or increase the authorized number thereof, and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.
