§ 33.10 TAKING EQUIPMENT, FIREFIGHTERS BEYOND CITY LIMITS; RATES.
   No members or equipment of the Fire Department of the city shall be taken out of the city or leave the city for any fire or fire call outside of the city limits save in accordance with rules and regulations established and adopted by the City Council. Payment for the services of firefighters and equipment upon any calls shall be made in accordance with these rules and regulations.
