§ 33.07 SPECIAL FIREFIGHTERS MAY BE APPOINTED.

The City Manager shall, upon the recommendation of the Chief of the Fire Department, appoint as many special firefighters as he thinks necessary for the proper protection of the city, upon any special occasions that may necessitate a larger force.
