§ 33.04 APPOINTMENT, TERM OF OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS.
   Other officers of the Fire Department and firefighters shall be appointed by the City Manager upon the recommendation of the Chief of the Fire Department and shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Manager.
