§ 32.90 PRICE HOUSE COMMISSION.
   (A)   Created; purpose. There is hereby created the Price House Commission which shall have as its purpose the development and execution of plans for the restoration of the Price House, the formulation of guidelines and rules governing the use of the building and grounds and the supervision of the operation and maintenance of the Price House and surrounding grounds.
   (B)   (1)   Powers and duties. The Price House Commission is empowered to develop and execute plans for the restoration of the Price House; to formulate guidelines governing the use of the Price House and surrounding grounds; to supervise the operation and maintenance of the Price House and surrounding grounds; and to do such other things as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter.
      (2)   The Price House Commission is hereby empowered to establish and amend its own bylaws and to recommend the approval of such bylaws or amendments to City Council. Said bylaws or amendments thereto as approved by City Council shall be deemed part of this section.
   (C)   Composition; appointment. The Price House Commission shall be composed of nine members appointed by City Council who shall serve for a term of two years, said terms commencing and ending on July 31.
