§ 32.85 MUNICIPAL ELECTION COMMISSION.
   A Municipal Election Commission is established, composed of three electors who shall be residents of the city and who shall be appointed by the Council, with terms of six years, commencing and ending on April 30. Of the members first appointed, one shall be appointed for a term of two years, another for a term of four years, and the third for a term of six years.
