§ 32.66 COMPOSITION; TERMS AND COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS; REMOVAL AND FILLING OF VACANCIES.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of seven members, to be appointed by the City Council. The terms of office of the members shall be for four years; except that of the seven members first appointed, two shall be appointed for a term of one year, two for two years, two for three years, and one for four years. The terms of office shall commence and end on August 31. No member of the Planning Commission shall hold an elected public office in the city or county. Any vacancy in membership shall be filled for the unexpired term by the City Council. All members shall serve without compensation, but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in connection with their official duties.
