§ 153.02 INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE REVISED.

   (A)   Section 101.1. Insert: City of Camden.

   (B)   Section 106.5.2. Insert: Use existing fee schedule as previously approved by City Council.

   (C)   Section 106.5.3. Amend "FEE REFUNDS" to read as follows: The Building Official is authorized to establish a refund policy.

   (D)   Delete: Section 108.4.

   (E)   Delete: Section 108.5.

   (F)   Delete: Section 109.2.

   (G)   Delete: Section 109.3.

   (H)   Delete: Section 109.4.

   (I)   Delete: Section 109.5.

   (J)   Delete: Section 109.6.

   (K)   Delete: Section 109.7.
