That a certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Official of the city, being marked and designated as the International Mechanical Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the mechanical code for the city; for the control of buildings and structures is herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the latest edition of said International Mechanical Code, including all subsequent amendments thereto approved by the South Carolina Building Code Council, on file in the city and hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
