Any electrical contractor holding a license issued pursuant to this chapter, desiring to lay or repair pipes or conduits in or across any lane, street or alley, shall comply with the procedures established by the Public Works Director. The electrical contractor is responsible for coordination and compliance with the procedures for electrical service connections as prescribed by the Public Works Director.
