§ 151.15 ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to install, construct or repair any electrical systems or wiring in the city, unless the work is supervised by a person with at least a journeyman certification from an organization approved by the Building Official.
