The Civil Defense Property Officer shall be responsible for carrying out all federal civil defense requirements relating to the legal use of, storage, maintenance, resale, and reports on civil defense property. He shall be prepared for inspections of all property by qualified federal or state representatives, and shall assist those inspectors upon request.
