(A) A flat rate of $12.00 for pickup.
(B) A rate of $2.00 per mile for each trip.
(C) A charge for wait time of $18.00 per hour ($4.50 per 15-minute increment); first 15 minutes is free.
(D) Flat rates for specific out-of-town destinations shall be as follows:
(l) Columbia: $125.00
(2) Charleston - Airport: $260.00; Downtown: $300.00
(3) Charlotte - Airport: $200.00; Downtown: $250.00
(4) Florence - Amtrak: $125.00; Airport: $140.00
(5) Myrtle Beach: $350.00; Airport: $325.00
(E) Senior citizens (60 years of age and over) shall receive a ten percent discount off the rates outlined above.
(F) In response to oil price increases and commensurate increases in fuel costs, the following sliding scale fuel surcharges may be collected:

The fuel surcharge shall be based upon the American Automobile Association's average regular gasoline per gallon fuel rate for Kershaw County, South Carolina as of January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year. Each taxi shall post a placard in plain sight of the passengers informing them of the applicable American Automobile Association's average regular gasoline per gallon fuel rate for Kershaw County, South Carolina and the amount of the surcharge that will be charged.
