§ 117.30 EMPLOYMENT OF DRIVER WHO HAS NO PERMIT.

It shall be unlawful for any person operating vehicles for hire under the provisions of this chapter to hire any employee or permit any person to drive any vehicles for hire who does not have a valid taxicab driver's permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
