§ 117.29 OPERATING VEHICLE WITHOUT VALID PERMIT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle for hire after the revocation of the driver's permit, after the expiration of any driver's license or permit issued by the Chief of Police, or while such permit is not in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
