§ 117.28 REVOCATION.
   Any driver's permit granted under the terms of this chapter may be revoked by the Chief of Police for violation of provisions of this chapter after notice to the permittee in writing citing him to appear before the Chief of Police and to show cause why his permit should not be revoked. That the driver's license has been revoked by the state, that he has willfully or persistently violated the provisions of the ordinances of the city, or that he is unfit physically or morally to operate a vehicle for hire in the city shall be deemed sufficient reason for revocation of the permit.
