§ 117.23 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT CARD.

On issuance of any driver's permit required by this chapter by the Chief of Police or his designated assistant, he shall issue a card which shall bear on its face a photograph of the permittee, the number of his permit, the expiration date thereof, and such other information as the Chief of Police may direct.
