§ 31.076 DUTIES AS TO SEWER, ELECTRIC, AND WATER SYSTEMS.
   The Director of Municipal Utilities shall have general superintendence over municipal public utilities, these duties in regard to the city sewer system, the city electric system, and the city water system, and any other duties as may be annexed to his office by the City Manager or may be vested in him by this code.
