§ 31.042 DUTIES.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall attend all meetings of the Council (either in person or via electronic means) and keep accurate minutes of the proceedings and record the same in a book to be known as "The Minutes of the Meetings of the City Council of Camden", and indexed.
   (B) The Clerk shall be responsible for giving notice to all members of the City Council of all regular and special meetings.
