It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any wine or beer in the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. of the same day, and shall be further unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any wine or beer in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight Saturday night and whichever is the later of sunrise or 4:00 a.m. Monday morning.
