§ 112.01 ENFORCEMENT OF STATE LAW.
   All the provisions and requirements of the general law of the state in regard to alcohol and alcoholic beverages, and nonalcoholic and nonintoxicating beverages, except as herein otherwise expressly provided and insofar as those provisions have application within the city shall be enforced within the city.
