§ 111.02 DISTRIBUTION OF POSTERS, HANDBILLS; PLACEMENT ON AUTOMOBILES.

No stickers, posters, handbills, or other advertising matter shall be distributed or placed upon the streets or public places of the city, or in or on any automobile while on the streets or public places of the city.
