§ 31.021 BOND.
   The City Manager shall furnish a surety bond, as required in S.C. Code § 5-13-60, in the sum of $10,000 to be approved by the Council, the bond to be conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties. The premium of the bond shall be paid by the city.
