Persons under the influence of alcohol shall not be permitted to use Kendall Lake or the surrounding property. It shall be unlawful for persons using Kendall Lake or the surrounding property to create any loud or disturbing noise. It shall also be unlawful for persons using Kendall Lake or the surrounding property to conduct themselves in a loud, boisterous or disorderly manner or to gather in such numbers which in any way disturbs the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.
