§ 97.33 BOATING.
   (A) No boating, except for the purposes set forth in this subchapter, shall be allowed in Kendall Lake. ('64 Code, § 14-6)
   (B) The following regulations are established concerning boats in Kendall Lake:
      (l) Electric motors rated at three hp or less shall be permitted on Kendall Lake, but no other motors of any kind shall be used thereon except that used by those persons charged with the responsibility of the enforcement of this subchapter.
      (2) All paddle boats shall be put in at the place designated by the City Manager or designee City Recreation Department and at no other place.
      (3) Persons desiring to leave boats in Kendall Lake shall do so at the place designated, and shall do so at their own risks.
      (4) There shall be a Coast Guard approved life preserver for each person in a boat, together with other safety equipment as required by applicable state law or regulation, and the use and operation of any boat shall be subject to any applicable state law or regulation.
      (5) Children under 16 years of age will be allowed to fish only in the company of an adult.
