(A) Fishing at Kendall Lake shall be permitted from 30 minutes prior to daybreak until 30 minutes after dark. ('64 Code, § 14-2)
(B) The bag limit for each day's fishing at Kendall Lake shall be as prescribed by applicable state law. ('64 Code, § 14-3)
(C) Fish may be taken from Kendall Lake only with rods, poles, and hooks baited with natural bait or used with artificial lures. No traps, seines, drums, tires, or other similar methods will be permitted. ('64 Code, § 14-4)
(D) There shall be no fishing during restocking of Kendall Lake with fish. During those times notice to the public will be provided by the city by the posting of 'NO FISHING' signs.
