§ 97.19 ARENA COMMITTEE.
   (A)   A committee, designated the arena committee, shall be appointed by the City Council for the administration of those rules and regulations set forth in this subchapter, and for the further supervision of the use of the city arena.

   (B)   Composition. The arena committee referred to in division (A) above shall consist of the following persons:
      (1)   Chairman of the Camden/Kershaw County Recreation Commission.
      (2)   City Manager.
      (3)   Recreation Director.
      (4)   Those members of the Camden/Kershaw County Recreation Commission, appointed by City Council to serve on that Commission.

   (C)   Term of members; secretary.
      (1)   The term of office of the members of the arena committee shall be for a period of one year from the date of appointment and until their successors shall have been appointed by the Council.
      (2)   The Recreation Director of the city shall act as secretary of and be responsible for all administrative duties of the arena committee and in the absence or inability of the Recreation Director to so act, the City Manager shall assume the responsibilities and duties of the secretary.
