§ 97.01 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PARKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have in possession or to drink in any public park of the city any alcoholic liquor, or nonalcoholic or non- intoxicating beverage as such are defined in S.C. Code §§ 61-3-20 or 61-9-10.
