§ 95.57 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE.
   Any owner who shall fail to remedy or remove the condition complained of in the notice described in § 95.56 above, within the time specified therein, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
