§ 95.42 CONDITIONS ATTRACTIVE TO RATS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether owner or tenant, to create or allow any condition to exist on premises, owned or occupied by him, which attracts or is likely to attract, feed, or harbor rats.
