All business houses, warehouses where food is stored, restaurants, hotels, and other places where food is served, slaughterhouses under supervision of County Board of Health and all public structures in which feed stuffs may be stored shall be kept and maintained in a rat-free condition and those structures shall be ratproof in order to prevent the entry of rats into and upon the premises.
