§ 95.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "COLLECTIONS OF WATER." Those waters in which mosquitoes breed or are likely to breed are contained in ditches, ponds, pools, excavations, holes, depressions, open cesspools, fountains, tanks, shallow wells, barrels, troughs (except horse troughs in frequent use), urns, cans, boxes, bottles, tubs, buckets, defective house roof gutters, or other water containers.

   "HEALTH OFFICER." The County Board of Health or its duly authorized representative.
