§ 93.27 SALE OF FIREWORKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person situated within the city to sell, furnish or supply to any person whatsoever, any cracker, sky-rocket, torpedo, Roman candle, sparkler, or other exploding or illuminating device, known generally as fireworks, of any sort, kind, or nature.
