§ 93.26 DISCHARGING FIREWORKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fire, shoot, discharge or detonate any cracker, sky-rocket, torpedo, Roman candle, sparkler, or other exploding or illuminating device, known generally as fireworks, of any sort, kind or nature, except upon the special permission of the City Manager.
