(A) The owner shall be entitled to resume possession of any impounded animal upon compliance with this chapter and payment of all penalties and charges imposed.
(B) Impoundment fees per animal impounded, plus a daily fee, for the time the animal remains at the animal shelter shall be collected. Impoundment and daily fees shall be set by the animal shelter.
