(A) South Carolina Code §§ 47-5-10 et seq. and amendments thereto are adopted by reference by this subchapter.
(B) Dogs shall display a tag showing proof of rabies inoculation as well as such owner information as to make the dog identifiable. The owner of a cat(s) shall provide proof of rabies inoculation upon request by an Animal Control or law enforcement officer.
