§ 75.01 UNATTACHED CARS RUNNING DOWN GRADE.

No cars not attached to a locomotive are to be allowed to run down grade on any of the railroad tracks within the city unless the cars are in the custody of an engineer or someone competent to run the cars, and the cars are equipped with proper brakes. Such cars shall be brought to a full stop before crossing any street crossing.
