§ 70.04 AUTHORITY OF POLICE TO CLEAR STREETS.
   Whenever necessary, for the purpose of cleaning the streets of the city, or for any other purpose, the Chief of Police shall have authority to order the clearing of any of the streets of the city of all automobiles or other vehicles after 12:00 midnight until 6:00 a.m.
