§ 130.07 PHYSICAL INTERFERENCE.
   When any police officer, public official or public employee is actively engaged in the lawful discharge of his duties, it shall be unlawful for any person to place or position oneself, another person, animal, or object in such proximity to the official or between the official and his vehicle or equipment which would have the effect to physically:
   (A)   Impede, interfere, obstruct, hinder, or molest the official or employee in the performance of the public duty or direct passage; or
   (B)   Threaten the personal safety of the official or employee while in the performance of the public duty.
