§ 52.21 DISCONNECTION FOR NONCOMPLIANCE.
   After issuing one warning by certified mail or notification by telephone or personal contact, the City Utilities Department may disconnect the water service of any person or customer whenever it is determined that such person has failed to comply with the provisions of this subchapter. Services disconnected under such circumstances shall be restored only upon payment of the standard reconnection charge, plus any other costs incurred by the City Utilities Department in discontinuing service. In addition, suitable assurances must be given to the City Utilities Department that the same action shall not be repeated during the drought or water shortage.
