(A) Law officers of the City Police Force shall, in addition to duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Management employees of the City Utilities Department of Public Works, and Fire Department have the duty, and are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this subchapter and shall have the power and authority to issue written notices to appear when violations of this subchapter occur during any declared moderate, severe, and extreme drought or water shortage.
