§ 122.03 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of § 10.99 General Penalty herein. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
